Eric brings more than a decade of experience and resources in the insurance and financial services industries.  Prior to joining SCM, Eric was a marketing representative at Federated and also held the positions of owner/branch manager of Capital Direct Lending and branch manager for Elite Equity Corp.

Andrew brings more than15 years of experience and resources in financial services marketing and business development to SCM.  His prior work experience includes marketing positions with Wells Fargo and Union Bank. 

Nicole previously held the position of Senior Client Manager/Assistant Vice President at Willis North America.

Gabriela joins SCM from Willis. She brings over 25 years of experience in the health care industry, applying strong expertise in health and welfare account management, analytics, large claim case review, compliance oversight and self-funding.

Randall joins SCM from Bank of Manhattan, N.A., where he held the position of vice president / relationship manager. Randall’s experience in the banking industry provides a strong foundation for his position at SCM, where he will have a dual concentration in building out the firm’s Real Estate and Food Divisions.

Chris Warren joins SCM from Georgetown Insurance Service, Inc., where he was a Business Development Associate. Chris holds the designation of Certified Builders Insurance Agent and his experience as a trusted advisor/consultant to contractors will serve him well in SCM’s Construction Division.

Canaan Crouch joins SCM from ACE Environmental, where he held the position of assistant vice president/northwestern regional manager. Canaan’s extensive environmental background and expertise, spanning over 12 years, will serve him well in his leadership role for SCM’s Environmental, Chemical and Energy Practice Group.
